Sandra Gallagher-Mohler is a Mind Body Performance Coach who utilizes a comprehensive approach to coaching elite athletes, incorporating mental and physical strength training, bio-mechanical corrective exercises, nutritional health coaching, run coaching, and sports performance reiki to help each athlete achieve optimal health and performance.

Athlete Optimization Services
Mentally strong athletes are not born, they are developed; and mental skills training is exactly how they get there. In these sessions you'll learn why your mind and body respond to stress the way they do, while also equipping you with the road map to optimize your mind body connection, and performance.
*Mental Skills Training sessions are available for individual (60 min), team, parent and coaching staff sessions (90 min+).
Performance Reiki
Reiki is a hidden gem to unlocking peak sports performance. A timeless, safe and effective Japanese technique, Reiki activates the athlete's parasympathetic nervous system, thus assisting in the promotion of injury healing, naturally increasing stress reduction, and optimizing recovery.
60 minute Performance Reiki sessions with Coach S then utilizes the power of this relaxed yet active state, paired with top mental skills training, to help athletes: optimize recovery; stay mentally fit while recovering from an injury; and help reach peak performance.
*Performance Reiki is available in person for Baltimore based athletes, concierge clients, or virtually.
Speed Training
At the heart of most sports' performance is speed and speed endurance. These 60 minute training sessions work on optimizing your run gait, and the power and efficiency it can produce.
Speed training is available for in person sessions, and custom virtual programming is also available for those looking for daily detailed online coaching via the Final Surge training calendar platform.
Run Gait Assessment
Whether you experience recurring injuries and are looking for relief, or simply want to optimize your run, a gait assessment is a great step towards learning where your body may be "leaking" energy and how to train it to move optimally, with less effort and more power.
Strength Training
These 60 minute strength training sessions are age appropriate and sport specific. Designed to address your body's individual needs, each workout aims to increase strength, stability, power and explosiveness specific to you and your sport's needs.

Health and Performance Nutrition Coaching with Labwork Review
Quality nutrition is a pillar for peak performance, but even an apple for the wrong person could be toxic. These 60 minute coaching sessions aim to uncover the nutrition plan that works best for you, your body, and the needs of your sport based on the feedback your body shares in your lab work.
*Nutrition Coaching is available in person or virtually for both individual or team sessions.
